1. 30% of the total cost of the commission is considered a non-refundable deposit for materials and payment plans are accepted with a 30% downpayment and payment plan up to 6 months in length unless communication is received otherwise and an agreement is made between both parties
2. Defects are considered bald spots in fur, popped seams, visible rips, or other conditions that make the suit unwearable for the user but asymmetry in heads due to the gluing process is not
3. If fursuit is completed before payment plan is completed then the fursuit will be held safely in storage until the balance is settled
4. Quotes are good for 8 months and will not change even if commission prices raise after an 8 month period you must apply for a new quote even if the listed prices for commissions has not changed
5. Colors will do their best to be matched as close to the reference given as possible but due to the specialty nature of fursuit making materials a 100% match cannot be guaranteed for every suit but you the commissioner will get final approval of colors used in your suit
6. Shipping is not included in the price of your fursuit if it needs to be shipped it will be calculated after the suit is completed and then you will be told the cost of shipping and payment will be due within 48 hours
